Merge files into one PDF

Combine PDFs, photos, and text files into a single document. Drag files to reorder them — the PDF follows the order below.

Tip: drag rows to reorder, or use the arrow buttons.
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files can't be converted inside a browser — export them to PDF first, then drop them here. Unsupported files are simply skipped.

    Frequently asked questions

    Are my files really private?

Yes. Everything runs in JavaScript inside your browser tab. Your files are read into memory on your own device, processed there, and never uploaded, stored, or transmitted anywhere. Close the tab and they're gone. You can even load this page, disconnect from the internet, and it still works.

What's the difference between Compress and Shrink?

Compress is lossless: it repacks the PDF's internal structure so nothing about the content changes — same text, same image quality. Savings are modest but free. Shrink is lossy: it re-renders pages as compressed images to hit a target file size. It saves far more space, but text stops being selectable and fine detail is reduced.

Is there a file size or page limit?

No hard limit — but since processing happens on your device, very large PDFs (hundreds of pages or hundreds of megabytes) depend on your computer's memory and speed. Most documents finish in seconds.

Can I merge Word or Excel files?

Not directly — faithfully converting Office documents requires software that browsers can't run. Export them to PDF first (File → Save As → PDF), then drop them here alongside your other files.
